- Vitamin C Mega Dose (in tablet or syrup form, Emergen-C also works which also has Zinc in it). If you have stomach issues with regular Vitamin C, you can go for Ester C or Liposomal Vitamin C (which has better absorption)
- Zinc Glycinate (Amazon Link)
- Elderberry Gummies or Syrup
- Quercetin (Amazon Link) - Helps bring inflammation down
- Bromelain (Amazon Link) - Helps with cough. It has really worked for me in the past.
- Electrolytes - Pedialyte Advance Care with Immune Support (Amazon Link) - I would drink at least 2-3 of these per day. You can also get this in powder form in sachets.
- Mouthwash - Gargle with Mouthwash at two times (it kills any bacteria in upper throat)
- Salt Water Gargle - Gargle with mild warm water with salt. You can also put a pinch of turmeric in it, if you like.
- Hot Tea - If I have throat irritation, I would also take this Throat Coat tea.
- Manuka Honey - I would take one teaspoon of Manuka Honey in the morning and evening. The key is to get one with high Unique Manuka Factor (UMF)
